CORE has worked with architects and owners of single and two family homes across the District to provide DC Third Party Plan Review services.  Small residential projects have included renovations, conversions from single to two-family dwellings, additions on upper stories, and new construction of homes.  Our team has worked with residential projects from 2,000 to 14,000 square feet.
